We take a lot of trouble over our coffee because you have to if you want to make a decent cup. We use the more expensive arabica dominated blend, selected to give a more delicate aroma and flavour. Each morning we calibrate our espresso machine checking for correct extraction times, brew temperature, water pressure, feeling the grind and checking the weight of the beans; we know that even the slightest change will affect the quality of the final cup.
You'll also find our Mocha and Hot Chocolate drinks have a unique and pleasing bitter sweet chocolate flavour. We prefer to make our own chocolate base which is more appealing to adult tastes than the excessively sweet commercial blends.
If you are trying to avoid dairy we always have soya milk options for all our drinks at no extra cost.
