We've collected and created over a hundred soup recipes from around the world and carefully crafted each recipe into a true Nincomsoup. The two defining features of a Nincomsoup are bold flavours and an abundance of ingredients. Nincomsoups are the heart and soul of our business and not surprisingly a lot of love and dedication goes into making them.
Nincomsoups are:
Made from scratch using fresh seasonal produce without the use of additives or preservatives.
Cooked with minimal fat (typically 1% or less) and therefore naturally lower in fat. Most of our recipes use either extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil.
Lightly seasoned using unrefined sea salt (typically 0.35g per serving). Cooked with a gentle heat (Max 110C) to preserve flavour, vitamins and nutrients.
Generous on ingredients and generous on flavour on average containing up to 4 times more solid ingredients than your average soup.
Naturally thick with flavourful ingredients because we avoid thickeners such as wheat flour or corn starch. Most of our recipes are now wheat free.
